Family Law

Amy has extensive experience representing clients in child custody and visitation cases. Custody disputes can arise between unmarried parents, between divorcing couples, or between parents and child-protection agencies. Amy has experience as an advocate in all three types of cases. For example, she has successfully litigated the return of children to their parents after the children were held in court custody for years. In each case Amy makes every attempt to obtain as much parenting time for her clients as possible. As an attorney, Amy has also steered clients through adoptions, divorces, property division, child support and spousal support determinations. In every family law case, she works hard to obtain a favorable outcome for her client.

Criminal Defense
